This Civil Revision Petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the Order dt.16.04.2006 in E.A.No. 400 of 2012 in E.P.No.60 of 2012 in O.S.No.117 of 2006 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Machilipatnam, Krishna District whereby the application filed under Order I Rule 10 and Section 151 of C.P.C. was allowed. Since the E.P.No.60 of 2012 was disposed of by the trial Court on 11.12.2013, no cause of action survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
