2015-10-13S.V.Bhatt2 pages

HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.20155 OF 2012 ORDER:

Heard Sri Vasudeva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Jagarlamudi Koteswari Devi, learned standing counsel.

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...issue a writ or order or direction, especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus:

i.

declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in transferring the 3rd respondent as AAE (Operations), Korlagunta as illegal, arbitrary and set aside the Memo No.

SE/O/TPT/PO/JAO/ADM/S2/F.TRS/D.No..663/12 dated 30-062012, issued by 2nd respondent in so far as 3rd respondent is concerned.

ii) consequently direct respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to continue the petitioner AAE (Operations), Korlagunta, Chittoor District..." The writ petition was filed on 03.07.2012. Admittedly, there is no order protecting the interest of petitioner pursuant to Memo dated 30.06.2012. At this length of time, I am not inclined to consider the grievance canvassed in the writ petition, for through the order impugned in the writ petition, transfer is effected from Korlagunta to other place. If the petitioner has any grievance, liberty is given to petitioner to make representation to the authorities and the same is required to be considered in accordance with the policy applicable in this behalf. The writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the W.P. shall stand closed. ___________ S.V.BHATT, J Date:13.10.2015 Stp
