24.4.2023 Dr.CSL, J I.A.No.1 of 2023 This application is filed seeking the Court to relax the following condition:- "On such release, the petitioner/accused No.3 shall appear before the Station House Officer, Prohibition and Excise, Zaheerabad, Sangareddy District, on every Monday and Friday between 10.00 am and 12.00 pm until further orders or as and when required for the purpose of further investigation."

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is appearing before the Station House Officer, Prohibition and Excise, Zaheerabad, Sangareddy District, on every Monday and Friday and no charge sheet is laid till now and therefore, the condition may be relaxed.

As per the above condition, the petitioner is not under obligation to attend before the Station House Officer concerned on every Monday and Friday and he can only attend as and when required for the purpose of further investigation. Therefore, this petition is allowed, giving Contd...,

Contd..., clarity that the petitioner need not attend before the Police concerned on every Monday and Friday. The petitioner can attend in case a specific direction is issued by the Station House Officer concerned for such attendance.
