This Company Application is filed by M/s. HBL Power Systems Limited-Transferee Company seeking a direction to appoint Chair Person to convene the meetings of the share holders, secured creditors and unsecured creditors of the company for consideration of the proposed scheme of arrangement between M/s HBL Power Systems Limited (Applicant-Transferee Company) and M/s. Beaver Engineering and Holdings Private Limited (Transferor Company).

This Court by an order dated 11.08.2016, appointed Mrs.P. Sumita, Mrs. P.B.A Ratnamala and Mrs. M.K.Tiruapama Devi, Advocates, as Chair Persons to convene the meetings of the share holders, secured creditors and unsecured creditors of the Applicant Company, respectively, for consideration of the proposed scheme of arrangement on 17.09.2016, and accordingly the Chair Persons have convened the meetings and filed their reports on 29.09.2016 and the same were taken on record.
