When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the crime, which is sought to be quashed, was culminated into filing the charge-sheet, therefore, the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous granting the liberty to the petitioner to avail such other remedy or remedies that are available to him as per law.
