HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO TRANSFER C.M.P. No.581 of 2017 ORDER :

This transfer C.M.P. is filed to transfer O.S.No.85 of 2006 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, to any other Additional District Court at Vijayawada, Krishna District, on the ground of there is no presiding officer.

Undisputedly, there is a regular officer in the Court. 3.

Having regard to the above, there is nothing to transfer the pending suit from the present Court to any other Court on the ground of no officer.

Accordingly and in the result, the transfer C.M.P. is dismissed. Needless to say, the trial Court shall proceed with the matter as early as possible.
