When the matter is called, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner so also learned Government Pleader that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 19.12.2017, in W.P.No.43237 of 2017 of this Court. A copy of the same is filed along with writ material papers. 2.

Following the above said order, this writ petition is also allowed in terms thereof, by setting aside the impugned notice in M.C.No.03/2017, dated 06.09.2018. There shall be no order as to costs.
