Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Perused the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

Having considered the grounds urged and the submissions made, and since the charge sheet has been filed, condition No.iii is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on each and every date of adjournment. Further, condition No.i, i.e., the time granted by this Court to the petitioner for surrendering before the SHO, Pahadishareef Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, stands extended. Accordingly, the petitioner shall surrender before the SHO,

Pahadishareef Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, on or before 23.12.2025. The remaining conditions remain unaltered.

In view thereof, this Interlocutory Application is disposed of.
