This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 04.04.2016 passed in C.M.A.No.06 of 2014 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Nalgonda at Suryapet, wherein and whereby the order dated 03.06.2014 passed in I.A.No.127 of 2014 in O.S.No.59 of 2014 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, at Suryapet, dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2, was confirmed. 2.
At the time of arguments, learned counsel for both parties submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the main suit as expeditiously as possible. 3.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, this Court is not inclined to express any opinion touching the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Senior Civil Judge, at Suryapet, is hereby directed to dispose of O.S.No.59 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
