Petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondent No.5 in not any taking any action pursuant to Crime No.1047 of 2022 on the file of L.B.Nagar Police Station.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, having received written instructions dated 27.12.2022 from the Sub-Inspector of Police, L.B.Nagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, submitted that Crime No.1047 of 2022 was registered under Sections 324, 427, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of IPC on 16.6.2022 and during the course of investigation, L.Ws.1 to 4 were examined and their statements were recorded and notice was issued under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. to the Accused and after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the III Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar vide C.C.No.3566 of 2022. 3.
