This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the inaction on the part of the learned Agent to Government (District Collector), Bhadradri, Kothagudem District at Kothagudem, for not numbering of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

The only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioners is to direct the learned Agent to Government (District Collector), Bhadradri, Kothagudem District at Kothagudem, to number the appeal.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Agent to Government (District Collector), Bhadradri, Kothagudem District at Kothagudem, is hereby directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
