Heard Mr.K.Ananda Rao for petitioner. No representation for respondents.

The petitioner challenges proceedings No.1122/ A/ 2013 dated 30.06.2015 whereunder the 2nd respondent recalled the proceedings dated 16.08.2014, wherein agreement for execution of lifting of empty containers from ICDS projects was granted in favour of petitioner for the period from 16.08.2014 to 15.08.2015. On 09.07.2015, this Court granted interim suspension as prayed for.

With the passage of time, the term of contract is over. Hence, Mr.K.Ananda Rao does not press the writ prayer and seeks liberty to approach respondents for refund of EMD etc. The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
