This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the proceedings, dated 07.02.2009, including the lands of the petitioners in the list of Government Lands, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the lis in the Writ Petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.12505 of 2015 and batch, dated 29.01.2016, and the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is also disposed of following the judgment, dated 29.01.2016, and for the reasons recorded therein.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
