This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners No.1 and 2/accused Nos.3 and 4 under Sections 437 and 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking regular bail in Crime No.177 of 2022 of L.B.Nagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 120(b), 489(B) (C) (D) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard Sri Y.Hema Chander, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri T.V.Ramana Rao, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent/State. 03.
According to FIR and remand report in respect of Accused Nos.1, 2 and 5 to 11 would go to show that the petitioners No.1 and 2/accused Nos.3 and 4 and other accused were conspired and printed counterfeit currency notes of various denominations. According to the said remand report, the petitioner No.1/Accused No.3 -Nagi
Reddy used to built up the watermark and petitioner No.2/Accused No.4 - Shiek Nayib Rasul @ Mastan used to do the Strips dots laser print on the notes at Gollalamamidivada, Anaparthy. The police have completed the investigation but charge sheet is yet to be filed. Though prosecution have recovered various denominations of currency notes from Accused Nos.1, 2 and 5 to 11, nothing has been seized from the petitioners No.1 and 2/accused Nos.3 and 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners No.1 and 2/accused Nos.3 and 4 that all the other accused were enlarged on bail and the petitioners No.1 and 2/accused Nos.3 and 4 have been in judicial custody since 01.11.2022 i.e., more than 60 days.

Considering the circumstances, the duration of the stay of petitioners No.1 and 2/accused Nos.3 and 4 in judicial custody and fact that nothing has been seized from the possession of petitioners No.1 and 2/accused Nos.3 and 4, the petitioners No.1 and 2/accused Nos.3 and 4 are
entitled for grant of bail.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioners No.1 and 2/accused Nos.3 and 4 are ordered to be enlarged on bail subject to the following conditions: i) The petitioners No.1 and 2/accused Nos.3 and 4 are directed to be released on bail on their executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Rachakonda, L.B.Nagar.
ii) On such release, the petitioners No.1 and 2/accused Nos.3 and 4 shall appear before the Station House Officer, L.B.Nagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionate on every Monday between 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM., until charge sheet is filed and thereafter as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
iii) The petitioners No.1 and 2/accused Nos.3 and 4 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications in this matter, if any, shall stand closed.
