This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C seeking to withdraw O.P.No.2362 of 2016 from the file of the Family Court Ranga Reddy District and transfer the same to the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Gudivada in Krishna District. Heard both sides.

The learned counsel for the respondent in all fairness submitted that the petition may be allowed. He further submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the O.P. as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case.

In the result, this Tr.CMP is allowed, O.P.No.2362 of 2016 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy and transferred to the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Gudivada in Krishna District for trial and disposal in accordance with law. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the O.P. as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Tr.CMP, shall stand closed. __________________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
