Learned counsel on behalf of learned counsel for petitioner Nos.2 to 5/Accused Nos.2 to 5 would represent the matter. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana on behalf of respondent No.2 would represent that on 20.12.2013, a report was filed by the police before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Huzurabad, stating that the complaint is 'False'. In view of the aforesaid submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
