ORAL ORDER:

Petitioner was aggrieved by communication of adverse remarks made in Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) for the years 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 communicated vide memo No. 14349/U.1/2012.3 dated 22.11.2012. Though representation was made to expunge said adverse remarks, the same was not acted upon, therefore petitioner instituted O A No. 2208 of 2013 on the file of the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, which is since transferred to this Court and numbered as WP (TR) No.403 of 2017. At the stage of admission, Tribunal directed consideration of the representation/objections submitted by the petitioner on 5.12.2012.

While so, learned counsel for petitioner submits that though representation of the petitioner as per the interim orders of the Tribunal was not considered and adverse remarks were not expunged, she was granted promotion without reference to adverse remarks and therefore states that no further orders are required to be passed.

Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
