This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent Nos. 3 to 5, in not registering the crime in pursuance of the complaint dated 08.09.2022, as being illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Based on the written instructions dated 05.01.2023 by the Station House Officer, Dammapeta Police Station, Bhadadri Kothagudem District. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted that on receipt of complaint of the petitioner, GD entry was made. During enquiry, police visited the land admeasuring Ac.3.13guntas in Survey No.473/96 at Akkanapalli Village, Dammapet Mandal. It is reported that unofficial respondent is in possession of the subject land and no criminal acts were committed by the unofficial respondents as alleged by the petitioner. As the dispute is purely 'Civil in Nature', the police closed the complaint/petition and the same was intimated to the petitioner through a registered post. A copy of notice dated 05.01.2023, intimating the petitioner that the case has been closed as 'Civil in Nature', is enclosed to the written instructions and also a copy of the same is served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Accordingly, this writ petition is closed as no further orders are required to be passed. The petitioner is given liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies, if aggrieved by the closure report.
