HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO Writ Petition No.21422 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned special counsel for the 3rd respondent and Sri G. Seshadri, learned counsel for the 4th respondent.
2. The petitioner was appointed on 01.04.2008 as Field Assistant in the office of the 4th respondent. On certain allegations against the petitioner, the 3rd respondent by order dated 11.08.2014, removed the petitioner from service. According to the petitioner, as per the impugned order, he deposited a sum of Rs.6,095/- and submitted a representation to the 3rd respondent for reinstatement but no order has been passed by the 3rd respondent. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that without following any procedure, the petitioner was removed from service. In any event, since the representation filed by the petitioner is pending before the Project Director-3rd respondent, I am not inclined to go in to the merits of the case.
3. Consequently, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent-Project Director, to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner for reinstatement, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. __________________ R. KANTHA RAO, J Date: 14.07.2015 BSS
