This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in C.C.No.355 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the Additional Judicial I Class Magistrate, Nandigama.

The learned counsel for the petitioners filed letter dated 14.09.2017 seeking permission of the court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Petition. Permission is accorded. In the result, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________ T.
