THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.11689 of 2015 ORDER :

This petition is filed by the petitioner - accused No.1 under Sections 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to him in Crime No.77 of 2015 on the file of Isvi Police Station, Kurnool District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with Section 34 I.P.C.

The petitioner was remanded to judicial custody only on 25-09-2015. Even though it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner - accused No.1 that it is not a premeditated crime, it is informed by the learned Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is having another case registered for the offence punishable under Section 323 I.P.C. and Section 107 Cr.P.C. proceedings also pending against the petitioner.

Considering the said facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner - accused No.1.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO, J.
