This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order, dated 02.07.2007, passed in W.P.MP.No.11457 of 2007 in W.P.No.8951 of 2007.

It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue that the order, dated 02.07.2007, has been complied with and the same is not disputed by Sri G. Vidya Sagar, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners.

Hence, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed. No costs.
