THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.42851 of 2015 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner was that the Station House Officer, Chevella Police Station, Chevella Post and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, was calling her to the police station frequently. The Station House Officer, Chevella Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, furnished written instructions dated 07.01.2016 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that the petitioner was a resident of Esa Khan Bagh Colony at Vikarabad, which is not situated within the jurisdiction of Chevella Police Station and similarly the 4th respondent was also the resident of Shivaram Nagar, Vikarabad, which did not fall within its jurisdiction. That apart, the Station House Officer stated that the property of the petitioner was also not situated within the jurisdiction of Chevella Police Station.
He further stated that there was no complaint lodged by the 4th respondent or any person against the petitioner before the Chevella Police Station and no case had been registered against her. The allegation of the petitioner to the effect that she was being called to the police station was denied and the Station House Officer stated that the petitioner had not been called to the police station at any point of time as there was no complaint or case pending against her. In the light of the aforestated stand of the police authorities, which is duly taken on record, no adjudication is warranted in this writ petition which is accordingly closed.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
