THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.5352 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the action of the 3rd respondent for calling the petitioner to his office and asking him to settle the dispute.

Learned Government Pleader on the basis of instructions submitted that on 08-02-2017, the 4th respondent lodged a complaint with the police against the petitioner and sought for necessary action. Basing on the said complaint, the respondent-police called the petitioner for the purpose of conducting counselling. The petitioner came to the Police Station and in the presence of elders, they compromised the matter and gave it in writing.

In view of compromise arrived at between the parties, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, it is open to the parties to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law, if they are aggrieved with regard to their marital dispute.
