HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.7699 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.6 to quash the proceedings in FIR No.91 of 2015 of Mahaboobnagar Women Police Station, Mahaboobnagar District, registered against them for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, but subsequently, action was dropped by the police.

Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication by this Court.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
