Smt.Bobba Vijaya Lakshmi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, submits that with the passage of time, the writ petition has rendered infructuous. That seems to be the reason why nobody is coming forward to work out the writ petition on behalf of the petitioners. In the circumstances, I am constrained to dismiss the writ petition for nonprosecution. Order accordingly.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
