THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.34200 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, appearing for the first respondent, Sri T.Sudhakar Reddy and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4 respectively, apart from perusing the entire material available on record. The grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is that, for redressal of his grievance, he submitted a representation on 19.04.2017 to the second respondent herein but no action has been taken so far.

Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the second respondent to verify the representation, submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that, if any such representation is pending consideration before the second respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken, in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent herein to verify the representation, dated 19.04.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
