At the hearing, Mr.Mohd.Osman Shaheed, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Mr.Mohd.Adnan, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the subject matter of the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

The above submission of the learned Senior Counsel is placed on record and the Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
