ORDER

The revision is filed against the order,dt.01.09.2016 in C.M.A.No.5 of 2012 passed by the learned Prl.Senior Civil Judge, Mancherial, Mancherial District(formerly Adilabad District) granting temporary injunction reversing the order of the trial Court dt.18.04.2012 in I.A.No.85 of 2011 in O.S.No.32 of 2011 refusing the injunction, Undisputedly from the submissions across the bench the suit itself is at the fag end as after trial heard arguments and reserved for judgment.

Having regard to the above, there is nothing to go into the merits of the revision but for to say none of the observations in the order of the lower Court or the lower appellate Court as the case may be, shall influence the mind of the trial Court in deciding the same.

Accordingly and in the result, the Revision is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
