This Company Application is filed by Venkateshwara Hatcheries Private Limited (Transferee Company) for a direction to appoint a Chairperson to convene the meetings of shareholders, secured and unsecured creditors for considering the scheme of amalgamation.

This Court by order, dated 19.11.2015, has appointed Chairperson for holding the meetings as referred to above. The Chairperson has filed reports dated 26.01.2016 before this Court. The reports are accordingly taken on record and the Company Application stands disposed of.
