Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in harassing the petitioner, this present Writ Petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3 produced written instructions dated 25.09.2018 stating that they never called the petitioner to police station and they never asked him to sit in the police station. He also submits that no complaint is received against the petitioner, as such, they will not arrest the petitioner. Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner, except in accordance with due process of law.
