This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the orders dated 13.07.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.20528 of 2015.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondent submits that the order dated 13.07.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.20528 of 2015 has already been complied with.

In view of the submission of the learned Government Pleader, the Contempt Case is closed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
