This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.890 of 2012 on the file of II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC and under Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, against the petitioners/A1 to A3.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the first respondent, on instructions, reports that after trial, the petitioners/A1 to A3 were acquitted in the aforesaid case and therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal petition. Copy of judgment is also filed.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
