THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.34260 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, reiterating the written instructions dated 24.09.2018 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Manoharabad Police Station, Medak District, it is submitted by the learned Government for Home that since the complaint lodged by the petitioner herein is non-cognizable in nature, a request is made before the First Additional Judicial Magistrate, Gajwel on 29.8.2018 seeking permission to proceed with the investigation for non-cognizable complaint and the same is pending consideration. It is further submitted that as soon as the permission is obtained from the Hon'ble Court, further course of action will be taken on the non-cognizable complaint of the petitioner herein.

The statement of the learned Government Pleader is placed on record.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
