- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.13113 OF 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the office order dated 23.11.2007 by which the services of the petitioner were decasualised from the date two years later to the date of actual entitlement on the ground of involvement of petitioner in a criminal case and non disclosure of such involvement, though by the time, this order was passed, petitioner was acquitted of the criminal charge. However, as he did not disclose his involvement in the criminal case, this order was passed.

On 14.11.2017, when the matter was called, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. To give one opportunity, the matter was directed to be listed 'for dismissal' today. 3.

Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
