THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN And THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.246 of 2013 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order of injunction granted by this Court restraining the respondents from alienating the lands on the eastern side of Sy.No.284. The sale deeds, to which out attention has been drawn, records that the lands sold are only on the western side of Sy.No.284 and not on the eastern side. No case of violation of the order, passed by this Court, is made out necessitating further action being taken against the respondents under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
