Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the Investigating Officer has filed a memo on 06.05.2016 reporting that there is no evidence to substantiate the allegations and sought permission of the learned I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, to close the case.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would not raise any objection.
Hence, the matter has become infructuous and accordingly, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
