This Contempt Case is filed seeking to punish the respondents under Sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for willful violation of the orders in S.A.No.277 of 2015 dated 08.06.2015.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

The respondents have filed an undertaking that they have already removed the door on 16.11.2016 and same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners. However, the same shall not be opened during subsistence of order dated 08.06.2015 in S.A.No.277 of 2015.
