ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside the eauction sale notice, dated 14.06.2016, published in the website of the respondents, to auction the property of the petitioner on 29.07.2016.

2. Mr.V.Nitesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter, dated 21.07.2016, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein it is stated that he was instructed by his client to withdraw the writ petition. Today, at the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has reiterated the contents of the aforesaid letter.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.27011 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
