HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.29374 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard both sides.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 26.02.2015 passed by this Court in WP.No.4446 of 2015 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleaders for respondents.

In view of the aforesaid order dated 26.02.2015 passed by this Court and since it is stated that petitioners are having valid documents for transportation of sand, it is for the petitioners to make appropriate applications to the concerned authorities along with necessary documents for transportation of the sand. On such applications being filed by the petitioners along with necessary documents the competent authority may, after satisfying with genuineness of the documents consider the same and pass appropriate orders for release of the vehicles within three days there from and if the competent authority is not satisfied, the vehicles may be released keeping in view the guidelines issued by the Government vide G.O.Ms.No.95, dated 28.08.2014 for imposing prescribed penalties.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed.
