THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5110 of 2014 ORDER:

Sri A. Chandraiah Naidu, Learned Counsel for the respondents, fairly states that, as the order of the Court below is bereft of reasons, the order may be set aside and the matter remanded to the Court below to pass a reasoned order afresh in accordance with law, after giving both parties an opportunity of being heard. Recording the submission of the Learned Counsel, the order under revision is set aside, and the matter is remanded to the Court below which shall pass orders afresh in accordance with law, with utmost expedition preferably before 30.06.2015, after giving both parties an opportunity of being heard. The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
