HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 34221 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No. 4 in not mutating the name of the petitioner in revenue records, not issuing title deeds and e-pass book in respect of lands admeasuring Ac.0.5 1⁄4 cents out of extent Ac.0.10 1⁄2 cents out of total extent of Acs.0.16 cents in Survey No.47-1, situated at Vedullanarava village, Sabbavaram mandal, Visakhapatnam District, inspite of submitting application dated 16.08.2018, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application dated 16.08.2018, made by the petitioner, seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records, issuing title deeds and epass book in respect of the above land.

4) Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the said application is still pending consideration, the same would be considered in accordance with law, at the earliest. 5) Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent - authorities to dispose of the application dated 16.08.2018, made by the petitioner, seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records, issuing title deeds and e-pass book in respect of the above land, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
