HONOURABLE SRI J USTICE N. BALAYOGI CRIMINAL PETITION No. 7081 OF 2011 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor filed a letter dated 31.01.2018 addressed by the Sub Inspector of Police, W.P.S. Saroornagar, Rachakonda Commissionerate wherein it was stated that C.C.No.167 of 2009 pending adjudication on the file of learned XIV Metropolitan Megistrate, L.B.Nagar, which is the subject matter of present Criminal Petition, has been comprised between the petitioner and first respondent. In view of the same, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition.

Recording the said submission of the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as settled out of Court.
