THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.17588 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard Mr.G.Vasantha Rayudu, learned counsel for the petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) for the respondents.

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "to issue writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ order or orders by declaring the action of the respondent in not issuing no objection to the Character certificate of the petitioner for the post of CRPF constable, and sought for no-objection, which is illegal arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent to issue No-objection to the petitioner character certificate and to pass such other order or orders as the Hon'ble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) on instructions submits that as on date, the petitioner has not approached the 2nd respondent and if the petitioner approaches, the 2nd respondent will examine the antecedents and take a decision and issue certificate as is warranted in the facts and circumstances of the case. The statement is placed on record. 4.

The petitioner is given liberty to approach the 2nd respondent along with a copy of this order and also Ex.P1 within one week from today. It is open to the 2nd respondent to examine the request of the petitioner and take decision and issue a copy of such decision/certificate to him within one month thereafter. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
