THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 633 of 2017 ORDER:

In view of the relief sought in the present civil revision petition, issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with. This civil revision petition is filed challenging the action of the learned VII Additional District Judge, Ongole in not disposing of A.S.No.170 of 2009 pending on his file.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that against the judgment and decree, dated 22.08.2009 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Chirala in O.S.No.63 of 2005, the plaintiffs preferred A.S.No.170 of 2009 and the appeal is not being disposed of for the last seven years.

In view of the above, the civil revision petition is disposed of directing the learned VII Additional District Judge, Ongole to dispose of A.S.No.170 of 2009, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
