THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.14726 OF 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the Crime No.856 of 2014 on the file of the Police Station, Malkajgiri, Cyberabad. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the case was compromised in Lok-Adalat on 06.12.2014 and prayed to dismiss the petition. Recording the said submission, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
