THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1201 of 2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.186 of 2016 in O.S.No.1035 of 2015 on the file of the IV Senior Civil Judge Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. Heard party-in-person and perused the material on record. The grievance of the party-in-person is that the trial Court is not disposing of I.A.No.186 of 2016. The party-in-person in all fairness submitted that O.S.No.1035 of 2015 was transferred to IV Senior Civil Judge Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad on 16.12.2016. In view of the submissions made by the party-in-person, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned IV Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, is hereby directed to dispose of I.A.No.186 of 2016 in O.S.No.1035 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible after affording a reasonable opportunity to both the parties.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
