ORAL ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is against the inclusion of property owned by him to an extent of Ac.10.00 cents in Survey No. 15/1, 15/2 Rapthadu village and mandal, Anantapuram district in the notification issued under Section 22-A(1)(e) of Registration Act, 1908 (for short the Act). 2.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for petitioner submits that since the committee is already constituted by the Government as per the directions issued by the Full Bench of this Court in Vinjamuri Rajagopala Chary and others Vs. State of A.P., rep by Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Hyderabad and others1, petitioner seeks to file appropriate application before the committee constituted. 3.

Writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit appropriate application before the committee constituted by the Government in accordance with directions issued by Full Bench this Court for exclusion of the property claimed by petitioner from the notification issued under Section 22-A(1)(e) of the Act.
