THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.15384 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of respondent No.2 in granting protection to the house hold property of the petitioner by taking action against respondent No.3.

The petitioner in his affidavit stated that pursuant to the complaint earlier given by him against the third respondent, a case was registered against the third respondent and a charge sheet was also filed against the third respondent. Even after filing the charge sheet, the third respondent is harassing the petitioner. But, the petitioner did not file any copy of the complaint seeking protection.

In the circumstances, it is open to the petitioner to approach the concerned Police, if there is any threat to life, and on receipt of such complaint, the Police shall take action in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 26.04.2017 vs
