HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 34307 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking the following relief:

" To direct the 3rd respondent to dispose of the Revision Petition filed by the petitioners against orders dated 11.04.2018 of 4th respondent in respect of the lands admeasuring a total extent of Ac.3-14 cents in Survey Nos. 211/ 4B, 211/ 4C, 211/ 4D, 21/ 6B, 265/ 6, 279/ 2, 381/ 3 397/ 5B situated at Kapavaram Village, Biccavolu Mandal, East Godavari District belong to both the petitioners and 6th respondent jointly at the earliest."

The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that if three months time is granted, the 3rd respondent would dispose of the revision filed by the petitioners, by passing appropriate orders.

Recording the above statement made by the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioners on 11.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three to six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
